Prediabetes - mornings
9:30 a.m.-noon This class will explain risk factors and how to lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes by up to 60 percent through dietary and lifestyle changes. Participants will receive a blood glucose meter and instruction on use. Participants are welcome to bring a support person to the class for no additional charge. Class is presented by a registered nurse and registered dietitian. Fee: $30.00 (includes a support person) -
